Central Park Zoo adalah sebuah kebun binatang seluas 65-acre (26 ha) yang terletak di Central Park di New York City. Kebun ini adalah bagian dari sistem terpadu empat kebun binatang dan New York Aquarium yang dikelola Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS), dan diakreditasi oleh Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA).

Kebun binatang ini dibuka pada tahun 1860-an sebagai sebuah menagerie, sehingga menjadikannya kebun binatang pertama di New York. Kebun ini dimodifikasi tahun 1934 dengan penambahan banyak bangunan baru yang diatur dalam bentu kuadrangel mengitari kolam singa laut. Pada masa modifikasi ini, kebun binatang ini dikenal dengan sebutan "1934 Zoo" atau "Robert Moses Zoo". Terakhir kali kebun binatang ini direnovasi pada pertengahan 1980-an dan dibuka kembali tahun 1988 dengan mengganti kandang lama menjadi lingkungan alami.
