Ketua

Ketua adalah posisi tertinggi dalam kelompok yang terorganisir seperti direksi, komite, atau badan deliberatif. Orang yang memegang posisi biasanya dipilih atau ditunjuk oleh para anggota kelompok. Ketua memimpin pertemuan dari kelompok yang berkumpul dan melakukan usaha secara teratur. [1] Ketika kelompok tidak dalam sidang, tugas ketua sering mencakup bertindak sebagai kepala, wakil kepada dunia luar dan juru bicara kelompok tersebut.
