KidsCo adalah sebuah brand hiburan anak-anak internasiaonal yang ditemukan oleh media penyiaran Kanada, Corus Entertainment's Nelvana Enterprises, produser berbasis di Amerika DIC Entertainment, dan media penyiaran Eropa, Sparrowhawk Media Group pada bulan April 2007.[1] Pada akhir 2007, Sparrowhawk dibeli oleh konglomerat media NBC Universal, sehingga memberikan perusahaan sahamnya di merek. Pada Juni 2008, DIC Entertainment yang dimiliki oleh Cookie Jar Group, demikian juga memiliki taruhan. Jaringan saat ini berbasis di London. [2]

Jaringan KidsCo pertama diluncurkan di Polandia, Romania dan Turki pada 7 September 2007. Saluran ini juga diluncurkan di Hungaria, dan Russia.[3] Pada tanggal 1 Januari 2008, KidsCo diluncurkan di Filipina pada SkyCable dan di Dunia Arab pada Orbit Showtime[4] pada tanggal 20 Maret 2008. Pada trimester pertama 2009 saluran itu diluncurkan di Portugal pada Optimus Clix. Saluran initersedia juga pada Platform Vodafone Casa TV pada tanggal 25 Juli 2010.[5]
