Homoserina dehidrogenase

Oksidoreduktase L-homoserina:NAD(P)+ (bahasa Inggris: L-homoserine:NAD(P)+ oxidoreductase, homoserine dehydrogenase, HSDH, HSD, EC 1.1.1.3) adalah enzim yang mengkatalis reaksi organik:[1]

mbox{Levohomoserina} + mbox{NAD(P)}^+ ightarrow mbox{4-semialdehid L-aspartat} + mbox{NAD(P)H} +mbox{H}^+ ,

Enzim yang berasal dari Saccharomyces cerevisiae cenderung bereaksi dengan NAD+, sedangkan yang berasal dari Neurospora cenderung bereaksi dengan NADP+. Enzim dari E. coli bereaksi dengan keduanya dan juga dengan kinase aspartat (EC 2.7.2.4).[2]
