Odd Frantzen (20 January 1913 – 2 October 1977) was a Norwegian football player from Bergen who played for SK Hardy. He was capped 20 times for Norway, and scored five international goals. He was a member of Norway's bronze medal winning side at the 1936 Summer Olympics, and also played in the 1938 World Cup. His position on the field was outside right.

Frantzen died under tragic circumstances on 2 October 1977, as he was kicked to death in his home by an intruder.[1] A 25-year-old man was arrested and convicted of manslaughter for the crime.
