Prof. Dr. Pratikno, M.Soc.Sc. (lahir di Bojonegoro, Jawa Timur, Indonesia, 13 Februari 1962) adalah Menteri Sekretaris Negara yang menjabat sejak 27 Oktober 2014. Sebelumnya ia merupakan rektor Universitas Gadjah Mada yang ke 14^[1]. Ia juga pernah menjabat sebagai dekan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Politik UGM. Pada tahun 2009 silam, ia mendapat kepercayaan KPU untuk menjadi salah satu pemandu Debat Calon Presiden 2009.
