Stephen John "Steve" Coogan (lahir di Alkrington, Inggris, 14 Oktober 1965) merupakan seorang aktor berkebangsaan Inggris yang menjadi terkenal saat bermain di beberapa seri televisi seperti The Day Today, Knowing Me, Knowing You... with Alan Partridge dan I'm Alan Partridge. Dia dilahirkan di Alkrington. Berkarier di dunia film sejak tahun 1984.
