Liga Champions UEFA 1992-93 adalah turnamen Piala Eropa ke-38, sebuah kompetisi utama sepak bola antarklub di Eropa, dan merupakan menyelenggaraan yang pertama kali dalam format Liga Champions UEFA.

Turnamen ini adalah turnamen kedua yang memiliki fase grup yang diikuti 8 pemenang dari babak kedua yang dibagi ke dalam 2 grup, juara masing-masing grup kemudian bertemu di babak final. Sebagai tambahan, babak pendahuluan juga diadakan pada turnamen ini karena turnamen ini merupakan Piala Eropa pertama setelah runtuhnya Uni Soviet dan Yugoslavia yang mengakibatkan munculnya banyak negara baru yang dapat mengirimkan wakilnya untuk berkompetisi pada turnamen ini.

Turnamen dimenangkan oleh Marseille yang mengalahkan AC Milan di final. Setelah kemenangan tersebut, muncul dugaan Marseille dan presidennya Bernard Tapie melakukan pengaturan hasil pertandingan pada kompetisi nasional Liga Perancis. Dugaan tersebut mengacu pada pertandingan antara Marseille dan Valenciennes, dimana Marseille dipastikan memenangkan Liga Perancis apabila menang atas Valenciennes. Tapie memberikan suap kepada Valenciennes agar mengalah pada pertandingan tersebut, sehingga Marseille dapat lebih berkonsentrasi untuk menghadapi AC Milan. Federasi Sepak Bola Perancis kemudian menjatuhkan sejumlah hukuman kepada Marseille yaitu pembatalan gelar juara Liga Perancis 1992-93, degradasi ke Liga Perancis divisi dua, dilarang mempertahankan gelar Liga Champions UEFA pada musim berikutnya, dan dilarang mengikuti Piala Interkontinental dan Piala Super UEFA pada musim berikutnya.
