Jakobin

Société des amis de la Constitution, umumnya dikenal dengan nama Club des Jacobins (bahasa Indonesia: Klub Jakobin) adalah klub politik terkenal pada masa Revolusi Perancis.^[1] Klub ini dinamai karena tempat pertemuan mereka terletak di Rue St. Jacques (Latin: Yakobus), Paris. Klub ini dikenal akan penerapan Pemerintahan Terornya.^[2] Setelah Robespierre dijatuhkan, klub ini ditutup.^[2] Kini istilah Jakobin dan Jakobinisme merupakan istilah peyoratif untuk politik revolusioner sayap kiri yang radikal.^[3]
