Here are listed mobile phones which have (substantially) open source code and/or open hardware:

Criteria

This list includes phones that operates with 100% free software being run on main CPU.

What is not convey for this list:

  • Android-based devices are not included here for having essential closed source components.
  • Same with webOS-based devices.

Yet, all these devices have closed source components, in form of GSM module firmware.
